In case of a Pre Booked article exchange is applicable only if there is a defect in the article. The Money will be credited to your Asmia - The Collective. Wallet against which you can purchase a different article.
Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order, we do not offer any return for Pre Booked orders under normal conditions. We only offer Conditional Exchange if you face quality issues with the product.Any Luxury Pret / Made To Order article from is not eligible for return / refund.
To return the product, please email us your order number be deducted from the credit amount provided.
We would like to let our customers know due to high import duties and shipping charges it is not feasible for us to refund the amount on Pre – Booked orders since its an additional cost and due to limited stock quantity other customers are unable to purchase the same product.
Items under SALE will not be exchanged or refunded unless the product is damaged.
If you would like to return any of the items purchased please contact our care team within 3 days of delivery with the following information:

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS BY ASMIA – THE COLLECTIVE www.asmia.in reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product for various reasons such as incorrect price uploaded, item out of stock with the brand increase in shipping cost or import duties. The cancellation apples irrespective if the order is Paid or processed. We will refund the amount to the customer and the customer will be informed about the same.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Any International Order which is processed or confirmed once cannot be cancelled. The custom duty levied (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer. Delivery charges will be at actual and the customer will be informed of the same. Shipping charges are based on destination, size and weight of your order on international orders Payments will be collected from the shipping address for all cash on delivery methods. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email contacting tracking information, be sure to check junk/spam folder as well.
